The white is full of bacteria eating enzymes which cleanse your hair and scalp. Use a full egg for normal to dry hair. For oily hair and scalp, use only whites parts of the yolk. -1 or 2 eggs (depending on the length and thickness of your hair)
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 table spoon of honey
Application: Break the egg and take the yolk and blend it in a bowel.You then mix olive oil and raw honey with the yolk. Beat until frothy and apply it your hair and scalp. Make sure all your hair is properly covered with egg mask. Then cover your head with a shower cap and leave it on for 30 minutes.Rinse with cold water and shampoo. Dairy products like cream and yogurt contain Lactic acid which gently cleanses while fat moisturizes your hair. Mix egg and yogurt for a deep conditioning protein treatment.
- 3 to 4 table spoon of sour cream(curd) or yogurt
-2 tea spoon raw honey (optional)
Application:Take 3 to 4 tbsp of sour cream or yogurt in a bowel. Then mix egg yolk and honey and blend it well. Simply, massage with 4 tbsp of the mask into your hair.Let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse and shampoo your hair. You can apply this treatment every week.
3. Mayonnaise and avocado hair maskMayonnaise and avocado for hair mask
Mayonnaise is rich in protein. It is made of oil and egg, so it’s very moisturizing for your hair. The high-fat content of avocados makes hair less dry and prone to breakage.
-2 tbsp of Mayonnaise
-1 tsp of lemon juice (optional)
Application: At first mix two tbsp mayonnaise and half mashed avocado in a bowl until creamy. Apply this homemade conditioner through your hair concentrating on the ends. For even distribution, use a wide tooth comb. Then wait for 30 minutes and then rinse and shampoo your hair well. You can use this therapy fortnightly or monthly.
